      Pros

      If you like working in a challenging and progressive environment then this is the place for you. If you enjoy working in teams to strive for excellence with dedication and experience then this is the place for you. If you like fast paced change for growth then this is the place for you. If you like working with people who care about YOU and listen to what you have to say without any horrible hierarchy then this is the place for you. If you like autonomy, open and regular communications then this is the place for you. If you don’t want to feel like a small cog in a giant wheel then this is the place for you. Do you like regular half day social events with your colleagues, do you like beers on a Friday in the canteen, do you like working in the city centre, do you like an excellent office? But most of all do you like working with nice people? Then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Nowhere is perfect and companies won’t please 100% of employees 100% of the time, but LogmeIn is more aware than most of its need and focus on culture, values and employee development, which is a marathon not a sprint.

      Thank you for leaving us your excellent thoughts. We agree a company is similar to a small village and not all villagers will be happy at all times. We recognize the improvements that need to be made. We rolled out our Value statements that we use in all parts of the business from giving any time feedback to accessing career performance. We are also working to improve our culture as we grow and define what mobility looks like at LogMeIn. Change is inevitable at LogMeIn through product growth and employee growth. Our leadership team is fully aware of the change fatigue. We recently equipped them and our people managers with change management training to better support our employees.       Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
