      Pros

      Great products that are market leaders and loved by their customers. Brilliant management team with a clear vision. Super office in Dublin's Grand Canal Dock.

      Cons

      Not really any worth mentioning - its a very relaxed management style and people are pushed to be as successful as they can be.
