8yThank you for leaving your thoughts. We understand our Customer Care Reps have a tough role. They are the first contact point for our customers. Customer Care Reps are never promised FTE opportunities. We communicate that clearly to our staffing partners who find us great Customer Care Reps. We have a great track record of Customer Care Reps converting to full time and succeeding at LogMeIn. Prices of our products have increased, but not at 100%, and we direct customers to reach out to us if they want to cancel their subscription. We are sorry this opportunity at LogMeIn did not work out, but we wish you future success.
