      Pros

      - great training ground to learn how to work in union environment - GE is bigger than just transportation and you can advance into another business - GREAT for resume

      Cons

      - Union has been there for 90 years and is tough to work with - PA taxes are outrageous: 25% was removed from paycheck - COLD and alot of snow in winter - Erie is not the best place to live - Relationship between mgmt and union very strained
