      Pros

      The idea of having an executive chef for demos in show rooms was a good one on paper. Compensation was fair.

      Cons

      Way too corporate (though that's to be expected, it's GE). Impossible to work through red tape, difficulty getting paid, very little proper guidance or oversight.
