Pros

Good pay & benefits, employee resources, ample time-off, clean facility,

Cons

The ADP system is a joke the company needs to dump them and handle it in-house. MarketC food service (AVI) is nothing to be desired as I've seen fresher and cheaper food at airports! The cleanliness of the restrooms needs improvement (at least on the night shift) as I'd rather go outside than walk all the way across the factory to a nasty restroom. Certain departments seem to be exempt from the wearing of masks, plus we have to be greeted everyday prior to our shift just to be bare handed our unsealed masks that who knows how they've been handled or exposed to! Here's a good one I had to track down a maintenance guy the other night and I seen a set-up guy setting on a chair, playing on his phone to which I hear is common even while tending to red flags/ troubleshooting. Every night I hear and see machines alarming out do to operators being on their phones or shooting the breeze while not in their work areas. There's no supervision, it's literally the Wild West 100% So if you've got nerves of steel, can handle listening to loud alarms throughout your shift then you'll fit right in.

Pros

Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

Cons

At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
