      Pros

      There is a lot of freedom in the Job, with many different area opportunities. One day you'll be working on design work the next you'll be in quality. Great for some all around experience and the company as a whole is quite close knit. The other employees are knowledgeable about the products and processes.

      Cons

      As a Coop you have to be vocal about when you are done with a task and you must ask for more. Good for independent work but if you aren't motivated then there will be less important things you will have to do.

      Pros

      Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

      Cons

      At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
