Good reputation for performing tough work in difficult environments. Solid ability to win work. A number of really good people.
Cons
Sweat shop mentality. I was "highly encouraged" to work as many as 80-90 hours per week -- far above what was promised or agreed to -- while many managers worked the very few hours. Politics and favoritism were rampant. Beware of the employment agreement and read the fine print. What was sold as a good package during the hiring ended up being a little rough with different levels of benefits, my sole and personal responsibility for income taxes (even for overseas countries where the rules changed several times), and trips home being inclusive of travel time (two weeks off after 120 days ended up more like a week after waiting for travel connections). To be fair, within the above, there was a solid commitment to personal safety.
