      Pros

      My first level supervisor is amazing. Breastfeeding mom friendly environment.

      Cons

      They bring in people from other sites for the better paying job reguardless of skill. Pay raises for extra and above and beyond work do not happen. Will not raise pay if you don't use benefits.
