Business Outlook
Pros
- Well laid out procedures for work execution - Very good for learning technical things (at the start of your career) - well laid out training programs
Cons
- It used to have great people in Indian management, But now Indian management not good. - Management compromising on skilled labor, Hiring more unskilled labor on lower salaries ultimately increasing work pressure on skilled labor. - Low salaries for permanent employees. - Opportunities are limited to selected few, based on their native place and language. - The Moment Indian Management come in to force, (ie. after Michel Gaw & Tony) Fluor India became more about politics and Favoritism.
