      freedom to change roles within the organization and gain experience holistic view of application and technology from end to end

      Cons

      Delayed salary every month Delay in appraisal process ( Happened in OCT last year ) and waiving off arrears without any intimation Variable or performance pay is pending since many years payments to sodexo/epf/nps are highly irregular . There is a delay even for form 16 and tax submission in portal

      There no pros except it is based in vizag for local people it is good ..may be

      Poor Hr policy . There will be no proper training during joining time , no one will respond in time late delivery of products Salary will come in middle of the month Notice period is 90 days and f and f they will take 6 months to release One of the worst company to work Recommended to not join and ruin your career
