Pros
1) Good platform to learn for freshers 2) Good platform for super seniors (Who are having more than 5 years of experience) 3) Good platform to settle in product based company 4) Good platform for locals 5) Managers frees the resource for his own tasks, provide less support. Due to this, employee will execute his/her own thoughts and ideas.
Cons
1) For testers it is relaxing job here(Only tests button is working or not, text field validations). No functional validations are tested by testers based on document provided by client. Due to this programmer will suffers every time when project's go live. 2) Salary will be definitely credited, but no one knows when it will be, even MD sir. In mean while employee needs to pay penalties/interests for his/her bills/loans 3) No payments for OT's 4) Hike process will be based project, not on capabilities of employee. If project cost is high then only hike will be more as expected.
