Good teaching on the job - Database Engineer Fluentgrid Employee Review

I am a fresher from college when I joined the company and did not know any database. There was preliminary assessment and my seniors started training on database. Very good place to learn more than one database and seniors support you to know all that is needed for the job. On joining lot of training is given where they teach all aspects of the project. My team members do not treat me like fresher during meetings and involve me to take ownership. In less than 2 years we can grow in this company to become a lead. Over all very good place for freshers.
