      First reason: it has very powerful top management and managers and very serious and honest people that they are supportive managers, Second reason: This company has very good relation whit its subordinates specially in Afghanistan. Third, support expert guys and encourage them orally to do their tasks well.

      Salary increment train staff with experts trainers.

      There no pros except it is based in vizag for local people it is good ..may be

      Poor Hr policy . There will be no proper training during joining time , no one will respond in time late delivery of products Salary will come in middle of the month Notice period is 90 days and f and f they will take 6 months to release One of the worst company to work Recommended to not join and ruin your career
