Flexible working hours depending on the project. Hybrid schedule, 1 office day per week. Luckily, got an OK manager.
Cons
Low wage, barely liveable. No to few seniors in the team. Bad knowledge transfer. Doing to roles as the same time for the pay of one. Few lateral or upper positions changes. Higher positions are kept in the home country.
