      - Good company to start off a career - Team mates were nice and co-operative

      Cons

      - Salary! Too low for freshers - Salary Negotiation discussions are flawed. One of the point was that I should try to change my tax class so that my salary can be increased. I am confused till date if that was a professional thing to say. - Recruiting strategy was flawed (personal opinion). Focusing less on quality - Less number of projects
