Pros
Great place to work for younger staff. Many entry level positions for those looking to work in higher education. Good benefits. Beautiful campus. Amazing opportunities for staff to be advisors for trips, groups, etc regardless if you are a professor, student life staff member, even administrative assistants!
Cons
Low salary compared to other universities. University as a whole treats their students like children - almost like an extended high school. Be prepared to interact with parents more so than your average university. Most positions are revolving doors - many people do not stay for more than 2-3 years because of low salary (not because of job atmosphere).
