      -best work life balance (4 days of HO) -working only till 12:00 on Fridays

      Cons

      -ended up in a worst team -they have ended contract with me and another colleague out of blue a day before probation period, beforehead (15 days to be precise) tehy have agreed to continue the contract and our cooperation and last day they just told us something has happened and treated us unfairly -horrible back talk and gossiping -no support from higher ups against injustice

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
