      the people were the only good thing

      Cons

      shady practices, constant changing of goalposts, undermining management, gaslighting, backstabbing - not worth the impact on mental health

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
