Pros
Work-Life Balance: The lack of collaboration means you won’t be overloaded with extra work from colleagues. This can inadvertently lead to a reasonable work-life balance. Minimal Interference: Due to the general disinterest in helping each other, you can expect minimal interference from colleagues, allowing you to manage your workload independently.
Cons
I feel compelled to share my deeply concerning experiences at E.ON Drive AB. This review is written not in a moment of anger, but as a sober reflection on a workplace that has proven to be toxic and mismanaged. Firstly, the leadership at E.ON Drive AB appears to be appointed through blatant nepotism. If you happen to have opinions that diverge from those of the leadership, be prepared to face exclusion and bullying. The culture here is one where dissenting voices are systematically silenced, creating an environment of fear and conformity. The company’s disregard for employee well-being is staggering. Instances of burnout or illness are met with complete indifference. There is no follow-up or support for employees on sick leave, leaving individuals to fend for themselves during some of their most vulnerable moments. This lack of empathy and care is a clear indicator of how little the company values its workforce. Job security at E.ON Drive AB is non-existent. The organization constantly reshuffles and creates new subsidiaries, leading to frequent reorganizations. This instability leaves employees in a perpetual state of uncertainty. When it comes to parting ways with the company, expect no fairness or goodwill. Employees are often dismissed with little regard for their contributions, with the company hiding behind legal jargon and their legal team to avoid providing fair severance terms. High staff turnover is another significant issue, reflecting the unsustainable and hostile work environment. Talented and principled individuals do not stay long, while those who remain seem to be engaged in mutual back-scratching to protect their power and positions. This cliquish behavior ensures that meaningful change is virtually impossible. Human Resources (HR) at E.ON Drive AB is utterly ineffective and dismissive. Instead of offering support, they blatantly tell you to find another job if you’re unhappy, absolving themselves of any responsibility to address genuine concerns or improve the workplace. In summary, I strongly advise against working at E.ON Drive AB. While I cannot speak for other divisions within E.ON, this particular subsidiary is hazardous for anyone seeking a respectful, stable, and supportive work environment. Proceed with extreme caution.
