      Pros

      Salary is acceptable in the beginning. A good first job, since no degrees or experience are required.

      Cons

      Promotions are not linked to your performance. Management has a very bad attitude towards german speakers, resenting their salaries and avoiding to give any rases. Constant infighting and backstabbing in the management and Team Leads creates a toxic environment and is a breeding ground for cronyism.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
