      Good people, Good cantine, good benefits.

      Onboarding is very lonesome. The CRM system is not well implemented. Employee retention is very low. Stress levels are very high.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
