Pros

Immediate team members were amazing, including immediate managers

Cons

- Profit driven only. No care that we couldn’t facilitate the customer orders, just that the initial money was coming in. - Forced the team to become complaints because there were that many and the complaints team were removed - Incoming sales increased tenfold but refused to hire more full time staff, the workload became completely impossible - Unethical practices, simply due to the volume being unmanageable - A number of mental health issues with multiple members of staff directly resulting from the work
