      Support staff, good salary, good training and great teams. Management at all levels are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      System issues as we have just started a new system so teething problems which will be resolved.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
