      - only promotion if you play by the rules of superiors, no pioneers desired - evaluation by superiors is quite subjective and not linked to objective observation points - promotion highly depends on the view of superiors

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
