The MyChoice benefits are excellent and give many options for insurances, retail vouchers, child care vouchers and some others. The entry level salary is high compared to other contact centre operators in the region.
Cons
There are layers and layers of chaff to get through before any improvements are made and even then it can get sidetracked or even completely omitted due to the ever changing management structures. The opportunity for career progression is severley limited with many employees being overlooked just because they don't know the right people. it is becoming difficult to apply for a job without the right experience, but how do you gain that experience if there are no opportunities to develop into a role? All the vacancies are offered to people who already have the right experience and knowledge to "hit the ground running"
