      Pay is on time even though it’s low

      Cons

      No progression unless your face fits or you take the path of TL etc. The company cosplays as progressive but comes off as cheesy and a smoke in mirrors for the fact they don’t care about anything apart from keeping you on phones.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
