      Option to work from home.

      Cons

      Phone lines are extremely busy. You need to employ more staff. This is hard on your staff members and for customers. Having a 50% call drop rate is not good. You are taking on more customers but not more staff.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
