      Pros

      My manager is nice (depends on who your manager is). like the atmosphere in the team regular 1-1s have learned and developed a lot in the last two years work is interesting (again this depends on what you do. )

      Cons

      Lots of departments have gone through restructuring. heard some people in other teams were unhappy Tight budget - can't even get a laptop Management won't allow me to apply for roles 2 grades above my current grade. Not a lot of progression opportunities within the company, very few jobs on the internal job board.

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
