      Pros

      Large business with great opportunities to move around and get experience, new roles and develop. Great company benefits and solid HR processes so people are well looked after. Meaningful work with a good purpose behind what they do. Supports work from home.

      Cons

      Too much red tape and bureaucracy. Meeting culture and can be quite inefficient in ways of working. Could be more customer focused

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
