      Training provided good pension scheme van to take home good flexibility tools and PPE provided

      not much chance of progressing within the business poor management

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
