      Team becomes your family they do support with Your personal life

      Cons

      managers don’t even do the job probs never had and think they now everything full of nepotism so not much opportunity for growth People are used - some very skilled people have worked at eon for years, are given all the work to do - support the MANAGERS and still have no opportunity to progress

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
