      fun, friendly environment with plenty of training to help, work ethic is definitely needed as it's not easy to make it through the initial 12 weeks grad bay

      could be a system for progression

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
