      Awful leadership, non-existent, ego and focus on themselves, not giving direction, company is in a mess. Don’t be fooled by initial high salary and promises. It’s a nightmare place to work

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
