      Years of Trade Union-driven payrises mean salaries are excessively high, compared to below average staff competence.

      Cons

      Bunch of idiots. Imagine an oil tanker chasing its own tail. If you want to get away with sitting about doing nothing this is your home, just occasionally do a lap of the building holding a notebook.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
