      Training was good and helpful. Good spirit between colleagues

      Cons

      Little change of any progression, lack of flexibility, Senior management did not seem interested in listening. Constant broken promises.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
