      Pros

      Left the company due to redundancy. I still had unspent childcare vouchers in 2026. The HR team helped me to get back the value to the vouchers (minus tax and NI as they were acquired through salary sacrifice) straight away and the refund paid into my bank on the next payroll date. Great support

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
