      Pros

      Luckily, I have had the best team leaders so far, but it is luck of the draw. I value the people, my peers, around me, without them and my coach currently, I probably wouldn't enjoy it half as much. I also enjoy the benefits, especially.

      Cons

      Advancement is slow...very small bonuses.

      There are still great employees working at Discover despite looming layoffs due to Capital One acquisition.

      Cons

      Morale is at an all-time low, integration with Capital One has caused significant anxiety and confusion.
