Prior to the Cap 1 acquisition, Discover was a great company. Friendly coworkers, supportive leaders, and good work life balance. Benefits and PTO were generous.
Cons
Cap 1 acquisition changed everything negatively. Unfair review tactics in which managers were forced to rate employees lower than deserved to meet Cap 1 metrics. Zero job security for remaining Discover legacy employees.
