      Everyone is over worked. No training at all, figure it out on your own mentally, from top to bottom. Above all else, meet the project timeline no matter how impossible. 50-60hr weeks

      It's out in the middle of nowhere. With the return to the office and less and less flexibility, work life balance seems to be shifting away from the company motto of "people-centric management".
