1. 5 working days (Although work overtime is required usually ) 2. Good remuneration package like petrol allowances and 4% EPF enhancement if work for more than 5 years. 3. Japan culture (Discipline and punctuality) are practiced 4. Bonus is attractive when company performs well.
Cons
1. People centered management (PCM) is not putting into practices (managements of most departments are not walking the talk). Recognition and rewards programmes are lacked. 2. Flat organization - less supervision and guidance from superiors. 3. Career progression is rather slow , lack of opportunities to grow. 4. Job rotation / internal transfer within organization is not encouraged by management. 5. Teamwork is poor among departments, each focuses on main function instead of supporting each other towards the same goal.
