Pros
HR policy's are really good and HRs are really very active to take care of all the employees.
Cons
There are numbers of things to say but few pointers which very important to highlight. 1. You can't learn anything new here. 2. No logical target, it's given to you randomly. 3. Work life balance is pathetic 4. No Job security 5. Working culture or environment is the most pathetic.
