Pros
DAI is a great company to work for. Overall, the staff are an incredibly intelligent, passionate and hard-working group of people that make coming to work everyday a pleasure. The company holds true to it's mission and upholds high ethical standards, even if it means profits will suffer. The work-life balance is very good, although there are times of high workload throughout the year, as in any job. The biggest asset by far is the high quality staff they have hired within the company and very positive employee relations.
Cons
Some of the junior level employees are underpaid for the skills, energy and output that they bring to the job. It can often feel like quite an uphill battle discussing and negotiating compensation and raises with HR.
