Pros

Not to many pros for this company or position. Unsure if it was the project i was hired for but there were no pros to this.

Cons

The phonr calls back to back is forreal. They want to know why you use the bathroom. Why you taking 5 mins after call time. Why your taking a breath. Why you trying to actually help the customer and their issue. Their modo is to get the people off the phonr not fix the issue.

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
