Pros

Co workers are nice, especially for remote work.

Cons

Micro manage down to every second of your shift. Last minute schedule changes. Not staffed properly. More worried about your metrics than how you assist members. Poor communication between management, employees, and different departments.

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
