Very good clientele. Some of the top names are associated with Conduent so you get an opportunity to learn.
Cons
1. No Salary Hikes. 2. No Covid benefits other than leaves. 3. Worst leave policy. 8 out of 10 holidays are floating. Need to think twice before applying for these floating holidays. 4. No benefit on working during the weekend. 5. No comp off for C07 and above even if they work on weekend. 6. No internet expenses for C07 and above. 7. Appraisal system is not up to the mark. Just for the sake, they are doing it. 8. No proper planning. To get new logo they go and promise to deliver 365 days of work in 90 days and then ask team to work on every weekend. Project Managers lack planning capabilities. There are no retrospective meetings. Even if they do, they dont implement any action plans.
