Pros
It's a job and you receive a paycheck.
Cons
Once Conduent took over Xerox they took everyone's incentive away. So they cut our pay by $2. There's no pay raises, there's no incentive, and there's no paid time off! They constantly keep adding more work to your 'job description' with out increases your pay. Totally lack of communication between departments, managers, and supervisors! I would NEVER recommend anyone to work here!
