Pros
I was lucky enough to get a good project which was intellectually stimulating and had great teammates (except a few) and leaders who were really good mentors and really supportive. Working in the same environment for 3 years makes you build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and really explore the depth of the project. At the same time it makes you question if you're doing the right thing for your career/if you are stagnating. Pay and hikes are really bad. Culture is good. Leaders respect your ambitions and boundaries.
