Pros
Capgemini Invent is a great place to build peer level relationships. There is a lot of diversity in the teams on projects and a good ambiance.
Cons
The leadership doesn t have the first clue about where they want to take this business. It has been failing non stop over the years and recently became worst with a global takeover from the Paris headquarters. A lot of half baked strategies, endless rounds of approvals and lack of decisions made, compounded with a brutal leadership style and very little business acumen from our Capgemini Invent global leaders are the recipe for the current disaster.
