      Supporting colleagues, supporting managers, work-life balance is more of a thing than in other consultancies, corporate benefits, vacation time, interesting projects, compensation, diversity, values

      Cons

      Mostly developing skills on the job and less in training opportunities, imo your fulfillment in the company depends a lot on the manager support/engagement

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Cons

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
